たれ込んだのは誰？
ここ新潟県上越市には、日刊のローカル新聞があります。「上越タイムス」がそれですが、今日の紙面に当院で先日行った消防避難訓練のことが写真入りの記事で紹介されています。
訓練の内容は15日の「院長ブログ」でお話したとおり。私から職員へ総括をした話もそのまま掲載されていました。「これまで16年間火事などはおきていないけれど、しかしいつおきるか分からない。患者さんや保育室で預かっている子どもたちの安全が確保されるようこれからも努力していってほしい。」などいう内容です。
消防署の方のお話として、こうした実地訓練まで行うのは個人医院では珍しいとありました。確かに私のところも開院以来初めて行ったものです。法律は年２回の訓練を行うよう求めていますので、今度は火災などについてもビデオを見たり、専門家の方のお話をしっかり聞くことなども取り入れて、たえず防火意識が高く保たれるようにしていきたいと考えています。
ところで、新聞記者の方がどうして取材に来られたのか、不思議に思っている方もおられるでしょうね。実際に職員の中からも、そんな話がでていました。院長が地元のいくつかのメディアにつながりがあるので（FMや有線放送で番組内のコーナーをもっていたり、CATVのスポンサーになっていたりしますし、新聞やテレビの方もときどき取材に来られます）、きっと院長がネタ元だろうと・・。
実はそうではないのです。医院前の駐車場で避難訓練をしていたところ、たまたま上越タイムスの記者の方が自動車で通りかかったのです。「何か変わったことをしているぞ！」と思ったかどうかは分かりませんが、さっそく自動車を止めて、取材に来られたというしだいです。ということで、私がたれ込んだわけではありませんので、誤解なく(^_^;)
もっとも私がニュース元というのもときどきあることは認めます。このブログに医院のことも書き込みますが、それを記者の方が読まれて取材に来られたということも過去にはありました。的確な情報を新鮮にお届けしたいと思ってこのブログを続けていますので、その意味ではこの「院長ブログ」も大いに役立つときがあるということでしょうか。
