開花はまだです
新潟の桜の開花は、気象庁の予想では昨日９日でしたが、残念ながらまだ開花していません。先週は寒い日も多かったので、つぼみがまだ固いままだったようです。明日はまた気温が高くなるとのことで、今週中には花が咲き始めることでしょう。
“開店休業”状態の観桜会も、次の週末には大にぎわいをしそうです。楽しみですね。
この週末は東京に用があり、出かけてきました。新潟は黄砂まじりの雨でしたが、関東に入ってからはお天気が良くなり、いつもながら気候の違いを感じます。桜は、東京などでは散り始めでしたが、群馬はちょうど満開。ときどき通る道のりですが、きれいな桜を見ることができ、今回は得をしたような気持ちでした。
新潟の平野部ではもう雪はありませんが、山間部ではまだまだ雪が積もっていました。遠くに見える山々も、すそ野から山頂まで白いまま。春はまだ先のような光景でした。わずか数十キロの距離で、こんなにも違うものかと、“雪国の人間”でも実感した次第です。
週末に遠出をするとやっぱり疲れますね。以前は何ともなかったのですが、50歳を目の前にすると、やっぱり体力の衰えも感じてきます。あんまり運動もしていませんし、気をつけていることもなく“自然体”でやってきていたのですが、これからは多少は意識して体を使わないといけないのでしょうね。
体もそうですが、気持ちが衰えないようにしないといけないな、って感じてもいます。先日も書いたように、周りで一緒に仕事をしていた小児科仲間がだんだんと少なくなっています。寂しいです。
そして、これまで以上に頑張って仕事をしていかないといけないな、と実感しています。一日中診療をしているのって、けっこう大変なんです。気持ちが萎えてくると、きっといい仕事ができなくなるでしょう。高めのテンションを維持する・・そんなことも、これから意識しないといけないのでしょうね。
まずは桜の開花が待ち遠しいです。春の訪れが、きっと心をいやし、「気」を充実させてくれることでしょう。
