やっとTVに登場
先週来お騒がせしておりましたが、今日のTVにお目見えしました。テレビ朝日「報道ステーション」の中で、「タミフルの備蓄は大丈夫？」という特集が組まれましたが、その中です。
タミフルは従来のインフルエンザへの治療薬として最も効果があり、最も使われている薬です（小児に使える薬はこれのみ）。そして新型インフルエンザが発生したとき、それに対して“特効薬”となると言われているのが、やはりこのタミフルです。
日本の厚生労働省は新型インフルエンザ対策としてタミフルの備蓄を始めると決めましたが、そのことが新しい問題を起こしています。（備蓄そのものがちゃんとできるかどうかも問題ですが。）それは、通常の流通の中から新型インフルエンザ用に備蓄しようとしているため、従来のインフルエンザの治療にまわる分が少なくなってしまうという問題です。
すでにメーカーは出荷規制をしているため、医療機関のもとにはタミフルが届かないという状況がすでにおきています。当院でも、昨シーズンは約4,000人近くのインフルエンザ患者さんをタミフルで治療しましたが、現在手元に入ってきているのは1,000人ちょっとだけ。これから本格的なインフルエンザ流行シーズンだというのに、これでは新型どころか、旧型（？）インフルエンザへの対応すらきちんとできないかもしれない・・そんな不安が医療の現場で出ています。
私への取材はそんな内容だったのですが・・ ご覧になった方もおられると思いますが、いかがだったでしょう。ちゃんと話が伝わっていましたか？
「出る、出る」といいながら、なかなか出なかったTVですが、今日の放送でやっと肩の荷がおりました。オオカミ少年にならずにすみましたよ。

拝見しました。
ついにメジャーデビューですね。
おめでとうございます？(^^)
タミフルの流通量が足りていないのが原因なら国レベルできちんとした政策をとるべきだと思います。
どなたが言っていましたが、国の危機管理対象にしても良いのかと。
もちろん、身近にある医院に備蓄があれば安心ですが、他で必要とされているところに融通してあげることができるような仕組みが欲しいと思いました。
とにかく、インフルエンザが流行しないことを願ってやみません。
先生のお話の内容はわかったのですが、ちょっと聞き取りづらかったです。
なんというか、とてもやさしい話し方でしたので...。
今後、医院から発信されるインフルエンザ情報をウォッチしたいと思います。

TV、私も拝見しました。娘を連れて通った時の空気を一気に思い出しました！明るい色調の医院内の各部屋、淡々とした話し口調・優しいまなざしの先生、うわー、3日間コドモを寝せた後TVに張り付いていた甲斐がありましたヨ！下の部屋で主人も見ていたらしく、後で医院の話、上越の話で盛り上がりました。
放送内容ですが、盛りだくさんでしたね～。私は先生のHPで予習していたからそんな意識で見ていましたが、一般の視聴者の方たちにどのように受け止められたかなぁ。
「本来今年使用されて然るべき量のタミフルが上の方で吸い上げられて絶対量が足りない」という現場の不安こそが、小さい子を持つ親に直接つながる情報なのに、それをもっとピックアップして関係者の意識に働きかけて欲しかったと思います。
八角の生産者と消費者と販売者の意識…、行政担当者（国と地方）と医療現場と製薬会社側との意識のズレ…、1時間枠の番組の中では割いた方かも知れませんが、あの短い時間にこんなにも多くの情報を詰めてしまって、せっかくの先生が代表で言って下さった声が薄まってしまったかも知れないと思うと、う～んん、じれったいですね。私だけがそう思っていて、本当はちゃんと伝わっているかも知れないですね。
でも、モリゾーさん同様に、インフルエンザ（新型は勿論ですが今年のも）が流行しないことを祈っています。

実は私もそう思いました。
いったい何が問題でその原因かわからなくなってしまいました。(^^)
わかったのは「注文したタミフルが入荷しない」ということだけ。
でも八角の話は面白かったです。
